Policy Notice
This document is written for DopyApp SaaS, payment, and digital service operations. It is provided for transparency and should be read together with any signed agreement, order form, statement of work, or service-specific terms.
Data We Collect
We collect information that customers, users, prospects, and business contacts provide directly, such as name, company name, role, email address, phone number, billing details, account credentials, support requests, project requirements, and communication preferences.
We may also collect product usage data, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, log files, authentication events, service configuration data, integration metadata, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure our services.
How We Use Data
- Provide, configure, maintain, and improve DopyApp services.
- Create and manage accounts, subscriptions, invoices, support requests, and onboarding activities.
- Process payments, detect fraud, reconcile billing, and comply with payment gateway requirements.
- Personalize service communications, product updates, training, and customer success outreach.
- Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, and enforce our legal terms.
- Comply with tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Third-Party Integrations and Payment Providers
Customers may connect DopyApp with third-party systems such as payment gateways, messaging tools, analytics platforms, cloud infrastructure, CRM systems, ERP modules, AI services, and identity providers. Data exchanged with those integrations depends on the customer configuration and the permissions granted.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. DopyApp does not store full card numbers unless a provider specifically supports tokenized storage under applicable payment security standards. Payment providers may process billing, transaction, fraud prevention, and chargeback data under their own legal terms.
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, secure development practices, monitoring, backups, and vendor review processes.
No digital service can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, configuring access permissions appropriately, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
User Rights and GDPR
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, transfer data, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Where the GDPR applies, DopyApp may act as a controller for website, billing, marketing, and account administration data, and as a processor for customer-controlled service data processed inside DopyApp products or custom solutions.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet contractual commitments, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security records, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.
Customer-controlled service data may be retained according to the subscription, service agreement, backup cycles, and any deletion or export request accepted by DopyApp.
