Policy Notice

This document is written for DopyApp SaaS, payment, and digital service operations. It is provided for transparency and should be read together with any signed agreement, order form, statement of work, or service-specific terms.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation through the account area, customer success contact, support channel, or written notice to [email protected], depending on the plan and contract type.

Cancellation Timing

  • Monthly subscriptions should be cancelled before the next renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle.
  • Annual or fixed-term subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid term unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
  • Cancellation requests received after renewal may apply to the next renewal cycle.

Access After Cancellation

Unless access is suspended for breach, fraud, security risk, or non-payment, customers generally retain access until the end of the paid subscription period. After the term ends, access may be downgraded, disabled, or removed.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Customers are responsible for reviewing renewal terms, billing dates, payment methods, and plan limits before renewal.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Export or back up required data before cancellation or account closure.
  • Pay all outstanding invoices, usage fees, taxes, pass-through charges, and approved professional service fees.
  • Remove third-party integrations, credentials, webhooks, API keys, and user access that are no longer needed.
  • Confirm cancellation instructions and keep written confirmation for records.
