Acceptable Use Policy

• Using DopyApp for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purposes.
• Interfering with service integrity, availability, performance, monitoring, or security controls.
• Exceeding usage limits, bypassing access controls, or reselling services without authorization.
• Using the services to build a competing product through unauthorized copying, benchmarking, scraping, or reverse engineering.

Customers may not upload, store, process, transmit, or facilitate illegal content, content that violates third-party rights, regulated content without proper authorization, or material that promotes exploitation, violence, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful activity.

• No unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, credential harvesting, fake support communications, or misleading sender identity.
• No abusive automation, scraping, bot traffic, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to degrade user experience.
• No harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, or targeted abuse through DopyApp systems.

Customers may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, modify, create derivative works from, or attempt to extract source code, models, training data, algorithms, workflows, or proprietary methods except where applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction.

• No unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, malware, credential attacks, port scanning, or penetration testing without written approval.
• No removal, bypass, or weakening of authentication, authorization, encryption, rate limiting, monitoring, or audit controls.
• No sharing accounts in a way that violates plan terms or creates security risk.

DopyApp may suspend or restrict services immediately if we reasonably believe activity violates this policy, threatens security, creates legal exposure, harms other users, affects infrastructure, or may cause third-party service disruption.

Where practical, we will notify the customer and allow remediation. Severe, repeated, illegal, fraudulent, or dangerous activity may result in termination without prior notice.
