Acceptable Use
You must use DopyApp services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, documentation, service limits, and any applicable order form or statement of work.
Intellectual Property
DopyApp and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, designs, workflows, templates, documentation, trademarks, and service technology. Customers retain ownership of their own content, business data, and materials submitted to the services.
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, DopyApp grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the subscribed services during the applicable subscription term.
Service Availability
We work to provide reliable services, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party providers, internet conditions, security events, customer configuration, force majeure, or factors outside DopyApp control.
Subscription Terms and Payment Obligations
- Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, usage limits, setup fees, and implementation fees are defined in the applicable plan, quote, invoice, order form, or service agreement.
- Customers are responsible for timely payment of all fees, taxes, bank charges, gateway fees, and approved usage-based charges.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension, restricted access, collection activity, or termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DopyApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from use of the services.
DopyApp total liability for claims related to the services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the period stated in the applicable agreement or, if no period is stated, the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and Governing Law
DopyApp may suspend or terminate access if a customer materially breaches these terms, fails to pay, creates security or legal risk, abuses the services, or violates applicable law. Customers may stop using the services or cancel according to the Cancellation Policy and applicable agreement.
Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to DopyApp contracting operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
